Introduction
This website is owned and operated by Sacred Realm. Sacred Realm operates at the following address: Unit 18 Maylands Business Centre, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7ES. Users of this website are bound by these Terms and Conditions and should read this document before proceeding. Purchasing from Sacred Realm including the use of this website and information on this website is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. By purchasing from Sacred Realm, the customer is acknowledging their consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Sacred Realm reserves, under sole discretion, the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes will be posted within this document. By use of this website, the Customer accepts that they are bound by the Terms and Conditions as they are written in this document. The Customer should check this document regularly.
Section 1: Forming a Contract
Article1: Terms of Use
When the Customer places an order to purchase a product from this website or in store, this order is a formal offer to purchase the mentioned product(s). Upon receipt of the Customer’s order, if online, Sacred Realm will send the Customer a confirmation email illustrating that order in detail, including the price for delivery. The confirmation email that Sacred Realm sends is neither a guarantee nor an invoice.
A contract between the Customer and Sacred Realm will come into existence when Sacred Realm charge the Customer’s credit or debit card for the purchase of the product.
Section 2: General Information
Article 1: Trading Declaration
The Customer must be over 18 years of age to buy product from this website.
By buying from this site, you are stating that you are over 18.
Sacred Realm reserve the right to cancel and refund any order without any explanation.
Sacred Realm reserves the right to correct any errors on this website, including description and image. Sacred Realm reserve the right to refuse or cancel any website order based on an incorrect description or image. These corrections may be made after the Customer’s order has been acknowledged.
Sacred Realm reserves the right to decline to supply any individual or company without explanation.
Sacred Realm reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer’s use of this website at any time without explanation.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit or debit card number to attempt to order from this website. Sacred Realm will prosecute any Customer caught wilfully entering a fictitious order to the fullest extent of the law.
Excessive cancellations and misuse of our ordering system may result in a temporary or permanent ban resulting in all open and future orders being cancelled by our automated system. Sacred Realm reserves the right to terminate the Customer’s use of the website if they have a significant number of cancellations on orders and/or if multiple consecutive orders are not successfully charged.
Sacred Realm reserves the right to terminate the Customer’s use of the website if they place multiple orders for items marked ‘One Per Customer’.
If any single provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a Court of Law, the invalidity of that single provision will not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which will continue to have full effect.
The failure of Sacred Realm to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
Section 2: Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the relevant United Kingdom Law. The Courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or other matter arising from these Terms and Conditions, the Customer’s use of this website or the supply of the product by Sacred Realm
Paragraph 4: Availability
Article 1: Availability
Where a release date is listed on this website, that date is subject to change in accordance to information received from the supplier of the item. Sacred Realm will not be held responsible if that item is delayed, brought forward or cancelled, or if the content or cover art has changed. Where a new release is cancelled, Sacred Realm will cancel the Customer’s order and no costs will be charged to the Customer’s account.
Sacred Realm sells a number of limited editions and products with limited stock on this website. The availability of these items is strictly on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Sacred Realm will endeavour to fulfil every Customer’s order; however, once the supply of the limited edition item is exhausted and the Customer’s order cannot be fulfilled, Sacred Realm will cancel the Customer’s order and no costs will be charged to the Customer’s account. This applied to all products on our website and not just those marked as limited or described as ‘limited edition’.
When an item is listed on our website as ‘1 per customer’ the Customer will only be able to order one of that particular item, and is limited to one of that item per household. Sacred Realm reserve the right to cancel any and all multiple orders on the same account or going to the same address that are deemed to be in violation of this policy.
Article 2: Compensation and Loss
Sacred Realm will not be responsible for compensating the Customer for any losses of any kind connected with the purchase of limited edition and / or pre-order products, or for products with limited quantities of stock on our website. This covers, but is not limited to, carriage charges, customer re-sales (Or similar reasons) Charges, fees or booking fees.
Paragraph 5: Sales
Article 1: Pricing
All prices on this website are in £ sterling and include V.A.T. where applicable.
This website may operate independently from Sacred Realm retail stores. Prices and promotions that are offered by Sacred Realm on this website may differ from those in the Sacred Realm store.
Sacred Realm makes every effort to ensure that the contents listed on this website are correct. However, errors may occur and Sacred Realm reserves the right to alter product prices and information on this website without notice. Other reasons and examples for price alteration may include (but are not limited to) taxation changes or other duty increases.
Ownership of goods does not pass into the hands of the Customer until Sacred Realm has received full payment.
Fr stock items, Sacred Realm will debit the Customer’s account once goods are ready to be shipped.
Article 2: Sacred Sale Items
Please be aware that items that are listed on our website as sale items or ordered from the sale section of our website may not be in brand new condition due to their age, and may have signs of shelf wear. Older products my have signs of wear and tear but will be stated on the product description. If a product may originally have been shrink wrapped it is possible the wrap will be split or missing from the item. Some larger items like statues and premium action figures may not have their original outer shipping cartons, but will still be sealed in their original display boxes.
If you receive an item from our sale that is damaged or you are unsatisfied with the condition of that product please contact us.
Article 3: Multi-Buy promotions
Some products on our website may be included in a promotion where you buy a certain number of products for a fixed reduced rate. This is also known as an X for Y promotion.
You can order any combination of items included in that offer to qualify for the discount, which will be visible during checkout on the website and on your order confirmation. If you have registered for an account with us the offer will also be visible in your order history in your account.
Once your order is placed, please note that if you cancel any item included in that promotion before it has been charged, it will cancel all items that contributed to the promotional discount.
We reserve the right to withdraw promotional multi-buy offers at any time. Items in any promotional multi-buy offer are excluded from other promotional discounts. Please note if you wish to return products included in a deal for a refund you will be required to send back all qualifying items related to that promotion to obtain a refund.
Paragraph 6: Delivery and Shipping
Article 1: Delivery and Shipping
Product prices on this website are exclusive of delivery and shipping charges, with the exception of the Total Price listed under the Customer’s Shopping Cart during Checkout, which is inclusive of these charges. Shipping rates are calculated by total value, size, weight, and release date(s) of the item(s) being shipped. During checkout for your order Sacred Realm will calculate the number of shipments required to fulfil your order, based on the pre-order dates of the items in that order. Total postage will be calculated at the time of checkout and may be increased due to subsequent changes to release dates by suppliers.
Sacred Realm will endeavour to deliver product to the Customer as soon as possible, in accordance with the Delivery Policy as detailed on this website.
All deliveries will be made to the address that the Customer gives for delivery of the product.
Sacred Realm reserves the right to refuse to deliver to an address that may appear to be invalid, fraudulent, outside of our shipping territories or may not be secure. This address could be (but is not limited to) a communal postal address, a BFPO or a PO Box. In this event, Sacred Realm will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
Sacred Realm will not be liable to the Customer in the event that Sacred Realm is prevented by circumstance from delivering products that the Customer has ordered.
The Customer should be aware that, when goods are shipped internationally, they are subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities and customers may incur import tariff charges to receive goods.
Article 2: Defective Goods (Dead on Arrival (DOA))
In the event that an item is defective, has missing parts, faulty or sent in error by Sacred Realm, the customer should contact Sacred Realm to arrange the return of the item. This is only applicable to items stated and sold as new and is received by the buyer as defective, and specifically excludes any items sold on the website, or in store which is identified and stated as any other description prior to sale, this may include, but is not limited to, “Discounted, damaged, second hand, vintage, etc” commonly found on our trade page, or sale pages.
The Customer should use and include all the original packaging to return their item(s) to Sacred Realm If a free returns label is issued to the customer this can only be used to return items that the customer has reported to Sacred Realm as defective, faulty or sent in error.
Sacred Realm will discuss a resolution for the same product(s) that were faulty or damaged. Where we cannot offer a replacement we will refund the cost of the item(s) and postage where applicable.
The Customer must return the item(s) (including all associated parts/elements) to Sacred Realm within 28 days of receipt for faulty, damaged, defective or incorrect goods to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Paragraph 7: Right to Cancel / Returns
Article 1: Cancellations
In the event that the Customer has removed the licensed tags and/or broken the seal or the packaging on any sealed products, including, but not limited to, trading cards, board games, clear cellophane sealed products or plush toys and clothing the Customer’s right to cancel or return no longer applies.
The Customer may cancel their order prior to shipping or alternatively return their order, for any reason and at any time, up to fourteen days after the Customer has received their order. In the event that the Customer wishes to cancel their order, the Customer must inform Sacred Realm only in writing. It is also possible to send an email to us via our website.
Returning your order / item(s)
Your returned items must be sent via a tracked service, securely sealed with a copy of your original order acknowledgement.
Should a customer wish to invoke their right to cancel on any other item, the product must be returned to Sacred Realm in its original packaging and in a resalable condition with all seals and wrappings. If the item is received in any other condition it will be the buyers responsibility to cover the postage for the faulty or defected items to be returned back to the buyer.
Should the Customer invoke their right to cancel, the following Terms apply.
If Sacred Realm has not yet dispatched the product, Sacred Realm will cancel the Customer’s order and no costs will be charged to the Customer’s account.
If Sacred Realm has already dispatched the product, the Customer will not be able to cancel their order by accessing their online account. The Customer should contact us in writing.
In this instance, the Customer undertakes the responsibility to return that product to Sacred Realm
The Customer must return the item to Sacred Realm within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
Article 2: Returns Policy
We hope that you enjoy the products you order from Sacred Realm. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with your statutory rights or in accordance with this Returns Policy.
How to Return an Item
As an alternative to the return options provided by your statutory rights, customers may return items purchased from Sacred Realm under this Returns Policy in accordance with the following terms:
- Returns made under this Returns Policy must be made within 30 days of purchase, in the case of items purchased in-person (e.g. from a store, at a market, or from a sales representative), or within 30 days of delivery of an item, in the case of items purchased remotely (e.g. via our website or a mobile app).
2. Items to be returned must be unopened and completely undamaged.
3. To start the returns process, you should email us at admin at sacred-realm.co.uk requesting a return in accordance with this Returns Policy. Include your name, identification of your order (e.g. an order number), and details of the items) you want to return.
Processing Returns
Once we have received an item you wish to return:
- We will check the item you have returned within, wherever possible, 3 days. We may be able to check items returned in-store immediately.
2. If we confirm that the item and your returns procedure comply with the requirements set out in this Returns Policy:
a. We will let you know that your return has been received and accepted.
b. You will receive a refund via your original payment method, usually within 3 days of a return being accepted. Or, if an exchange is available and agreed to instead, your new item will be given to you or delivered to you within our usual delivery timeframes.
3. If the item returned or your returns procedure does not comply with the requirements set out in this Returns Policy:
a. We will let you know why your return has not been accepted.
b. We may offer a reduced refund (e.g. if an item is returned damaged).
c. You will have the option to take the item back (note that you may be required to pay for shipping if necessary).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item purchased for another item (e.g. the same product in a different size or colour), you should return the purchased item as usual (i.e. as set out above) and, during the returns process, indicate your wish to exchange your item for a new item and specify exactly which item you wish to exchange for. Then:
- If the requested exchange is possible, we will send or give the new item to you once the item being returned has been received.
2. If the requested exchange is not possible (e.g. because the requested item is not in stock or has a different price), we will inform you of this and provide a refund instead. You may then choose to purchase an alternative item from us by starting a new purchase.
A Customer’s Statutory Rights
The returns process provided under this Returns Policy is provided in addition to customers’ statutory rights and this Returns Policy does not diminish these statutory rights in any way – it simply provides our customers with an additional returns option.
A customer has a statutory right to a refund in certain circumstances. For example, you may have a right to a refund if a product is not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose. Or, if you’re a consumer, you may have a right to simply change your mind and cancel your order in certain circumstances (i.e. your cancellation rights).
Exactly which rights apply to your situation will depend on the circumstances of your purchase. For example, whether you purchased as a consumer or a business; whether you purchased online or in-store; and whether you purchased digital content or other items. Article 3: Refund Policy
Entitlement to a Refund
When a return is made following the requirements and procedures set out in this Returns Policy, a customer is entitled to a full refund of the price you paid for the items):
a. Discounts, discount codes and or vouchers applied when purchasing are non-refundable.
b. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All content of this website is the property of Sacred Realm and is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. The Customer may access any part of this website and download or copy material for personal use only. The Customer may not download or copy material for use in conjunction with any other website or business. Sacred Realm retains the copyright for such material, or, where the owners of the material have licensed that material to Sacred Realm, the copyright is retained by the owners themselves.
The customer may not remove any copyright, trademark or intellectual property notice contained in original material from any material downloaded from this website.
All trademarks appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks is forbidden unless written permission is obtained from the owner of the trademark.
Article 2: Links to Other Sites
The Sacred Realm website contains links to external sites. Such links are not in any way an endorsement by, or an affiliation with, Sacred Realm Sacred Realm does not accept responsibility for the content of any external sites. Any goods that the Customer orders from another website are subject to the Terms and Conditions of that website and Sacred Realm has no liability to the Customer in respect of that website nor any goods or services the Customer obtains through its use.
Other websites are not subject to the Privacy Policy of Sacred Realm and may collect data or solicit personal information from the Customer.
Paragraph 9: Data Protection and Handling
Article 1: GDPR Compliance
GDPR Personal details provided by the Customer to Sacred Realm through this website will only be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Sacred Realm The Customer should read the Privacy Policy before using this website. By providing personal details to Sacred Realm, the Customer is consenting to the use of those details in accordance with the Privacy Policy as laid out on this site.

Paragraph 10: Vouchers and Site Credit
Article 1: Obtaining Credit
The Customer must be over 18 years of age to purchase eVouchers or Gift Vouchers from this website.
The Customer may purchase between £5 and £1000 worth of eVoucher/s in a single transaction.
An eVoucher, in email form, has an expiry date of one year from the date that it is sent. The Customer is responsible for redeeming the eVoucher within that time frame or it will be voided. Once the eVoucher number is entered onto our website, redeemed, and it has become Site Credit, that credit will not expire.
If a Customer applies an excess of Site Credit to an order with Sacred Realm, Sacred Realm will only use the correct amount of Site Credit to complete the purchase.
Should the Customer’s payment fail, Sacred Realm will send the customer back to the Review stage of the eVoucher. The Customer may attempt the purchase a second time.
A Customer will not have control over how much of their Site Credit is used for any particular Order. In the event that a Customer shares a Sacred Realm order between their Site Credit and their credit/debit card, Sacred Realm will charge the Customer’s Site Credit first and their credit/debit card second.
Sacred Realm will not debit the Customer’s Site Credit until the transaction has been completed.
In the event that Sacred Realm offers the Customer a refund on an order shared between a Customer’s Site Credit and their credit/debit card, Sacred Realm will refund the Customer’s credit/debit card first and their Site Credit second.
Article 2: Limitations
Site Credit is NOT AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UK.
Vouchers are non-refundable.
Paragraph 11: Affiliation
Article 1.
These are the Terms and Conditions for the Customer’s enrolment into the Sacred Realm affiliate programme. Please read these carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for the Sacred Realm affiliate programme.
Payments
We will only pay you when your total earnings is over £15.00. Any payment less than £15.00 will be rolled over into the following month. As soon as your total is above £15.00, we will make the payment on the first of the following month.
We pay you commission on the website price of the item at the time when it is purchased by the customer – less VAT if applicable.
We won’t pay you a percentage of postage and packing charges on sales generated from your link.
Sacred Realm often advertises ‘pre-order’ items with a long lead-time from the supplier. We will pay your commission to you once the item has been delivered to the customer and the transaction has been successfully completed.
Affiliate Responsibility
At no point should Affiliates promote the Sacred Realm name, brand or website in such a way as to suggest they represent Sacred Realm For example, if an Affiliate sends an email and the recipient/s believe Sacred Realm has contacted them, the Affiliate agreement will be terminated and any outstanding payment forfeited.
Sacred Realm reserves the right to refuse links from sites we deem unsuitable. These may include spam sites and pornographic or potentially offensive sites.
Sacred Realm Responsibility
Sacred Realm cannot accept responsibility for commission lost due to –
- Sacred Realm’s suppliers cancelling items
- Sacred Realm’s suppliers short delivering items to Sacred Realm
- Customers referred from the Affiliate site cancelling their order prior to delivery
- Errors in links to Sacred Realm generated by the Affiliate site
- Technical failure of either the Sacred Realm site or the Affiliate site
Agreement
Article 2.
Either Sacred Realm or the Affiliate has the right to terminate the agreement. This will be done in writing with a notice period of four weeks. The notice period is not applicable if the agreement is in breach of the conditions outlined in this document.
If the agreement is not in breach of conditions, commission earned in the notice period will be paid as normal.
Sacred Realm may terminate the Affiliate agreement should the Affiliate site be deemed in breach of copyright or date of supplier embargo. Termination may also occur if the Affiliate site includes wording or imagery deemed offensive, libellous, illegal or a breach of privacy. If Sacred Realm terminate the Affiliate agreement, the Affiliate will be informed in writing and will forfeit any outstanding payments.
